Our Future Vision
–To continuously improve the quality of youth wrestling in the Dulles area.
Our Current Mission (7 attributes for success)
–To teach kids how to be physically fit, mentally strong, determined, respectful, disciplined, self controlled, and committed to continuously improve.
Safe sport policies are in place to ensure a very safe and healthy experience
Blue denotes the main program for every wrestler
Green denotes select events for interested wrestlers or selections by coaches
Purple denotes "open" style tournaments typically for advanced wrestlers 
Types of Winter Participants
Age groups:  1st – 8th grades
  (kids may also join if born in birth year 2010 regardless of grade)
Coed practices and competitions:  for boys and girls
Skill levels:  Beginners and advanced
Winter "Thunder" program with "open style" individual competitions
Wrestling season is the first week of November through the last week of February
Competition events are typically Sundays in January-February
Practices are two times per week for wrestlers with 1-3 years of experience
–Advanced wrestlers may practice three days per week
Winter Elementary School Dulles Duals Wrestling Program
–Grades 1-5 may participate in “Dulles Duals” one Friday night per month (selected by coaches)
Winter Middle School Dulles Duals Wrestling Program
–Grades 5-8 (older 5th graders) may participate in duals on select Saturdays twice per month (coach selected)
Winter "Lightning" open style competitions (for anyone interested)
–Typically for kids with one or more years of experience but anyone can enter
–Periodically available on Saturdays or Sundays throughout the season
